How domains are counted
example.com and www.example.com together use one included domain. An extra subdomain uses another. Destination domains are never charged.Above the included traffic

What counts as a request?
One HTTP request answered by our edge, including the ones we answer with a 404 because no rule matched. Health checks we run ourselves are never counted.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing stops. Extra traffic is billed at $0.40 per 100,000 requests and we warn you at 80% of the included volume so you can move plan first.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
An upgrade applies immediately and is prorated. A downgrade applies at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Do you refund?
We do not refund the unused part of a period, except where consumer law requires it. Cancel any time and the service runs to the end of the period.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT. It is added at checkout where it applies, and valid EU VAT numbers are reverse-charged.
What if I stop paying?
We retry for seven days, then move the workspace to Free. Domains above the Free limits are paused, not deleted, and resume as soon as payment clears.
Managing more than 100 domains?
Tell us the volume and the zones you need. We quote per portfolio, with invoicing and a named contact.
