Slow certificate issuance for new domains
New domains stayed in "pending certificate" longer than usual after our validation provider rate-limited our account. Existing redirects and certificates were unaffected and kept serving normally.
Resolution: Validation requests were spread across two providers and a queue with back-off was added. Issuance returned to a median of 32 seconds.

Certificate renewals paused
A bad configuration push stopped the renewal worker. No certificate expired during the window, but renewals scheduled in that period were delayed.
Resolution: The push was rolled back within six minutes and the worker now runs a config self-check before accepting a new revision.

Delayed analytics in the dashboard
Hit counts lagged behind by up to two hours after a backlog in the ingestion queue. Redirects themselves were served at normal latency and no hits were lost.
Resolution: The backlog was drained and consumer capacity doubled. Queue depth is now alerted on at a quarter of the previous threshold.
Nothing else reported in the last 90 days. Older reports are kept for two years in the archive.
